This year’s Female Coach of the Year is too humble for a ring tone like “All I do is win, win, win no matter what,” but she could definitely get away with it. In just four full seasons as Spanish Fork’s softball coach, she’s led the program to four straight state championships and an eye-popping 117-10 record. The four consecutive state titles are the second most in state history, a record she’ll try to extend in 2025. In addition to the wins and losses, she’s shown exceptional leadership and dedication to the young women in her program. The 2024 Deseret News Female Coach of the Year is none other than Spanish Fork softball coach Natalie Jarvis.
